If you can't remember your password for your Client portal go the the Portal User site and follow these steps:
Select Forgotten password.
Type in your Email Address, tick "I'm not a robot" and select Submit
Check your email and then click on the Blue Hyperlink to a taken to reset your password.
Type in a new password - the password must contain at least 1 Capital letter, 1 number and be at least 8 characters long. Retype the password and press Reset to update your password.
